Minnesota nonprofits, like many organizations across the nation, are tapping into unusual benefits to attract and retain employees. One example: bringing your baby to work.
And an article from Slate that caught our attention this week: “Why (Most) Kids Don’t Belong at the Office.” It’s so reflective of the current imbalance of modern work culture. Parents lack options. Employees need to work. Our model of care solves all of these reasons outlined — summer break or snow days are no longer an issue for working parents AND coworkers can “go the majority of the day without even knowing they were there.” There is a solution.
